The Halloween Taxi is a taxi that looks like a gravestone, and gives you 16 times the normal delivery time to, well, deliver people.

- The reason for having 16 times the normal delivery time is that this taxi goes REALLY slow (unless you have speed exploits, which are not recommended, as you can get a perm ban from Taxi Simulator if you get caught).
